Monarch Education is a recruitment organisation looking to recruit an NQT to a commence a full time position in September 2018. This is a role to last the whole academic year, and it may be the school asks you to continue with them and secure a permanent position.
The primary school is located in Kingsheath, Birmingham. It is a friendly school who is committed in promoting positive attitudes by advocating the 'I can' belief, in the work and behaviour of its children. This school is currently on a journey intending to progress to a good standard of teaching and learning. Therefore, it is looking to recruit an NQT which shares its vision of helping children reach their full potential. The school seeks an NQT who can use their initiative and engage with the staff, parents and community to help support and better the learning development of its children.
Within this job you will be responsible for full class teacher responsibilities including :-
*Monitoring and evaluating pupils' progress to raise pupil attainment.
*Supporting and implementing the curriculum by providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the classroom.
*Understanding the emotional and social needs of pupils.
*Working with a child's strengths and weaknesses to support their development and progress.
*Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike.
*Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children.
This school is keen to support the NQT in their role, and is hosting an induction date on Monday 21st May 2018, prior to the interviews. This is the perfect opportunity to get a feel for the school, and its culture. Interviews are scheduled to take place Thursday 24th May onwards.
