Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Kings Heath Area to find a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on Mondays in a Key Stage 2 Class from September until the end of the academic year to cover maternity leave.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to work alongside various Key Stage 2 Classes to promote a positive and engaging setting for all pupils and support them through their Early Stages of Development.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following:
- Must hold QTS
- Experienced teaching children across Primary Settings
- Able to provide a safe and engaging environment for all pupils
- Utilises classroom management skills efficiently
- Able to adopt different methods of teaching based on the needs of your pupils
- Establish constructive relationships with your pupils
- Must have a sense of understanding and manage any difficulties with patience
- Plan and deliver stimulating lessons based on the Primary National Curriculum
Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working an Education Setting.
