Assistant Principal - Acocks Green, Birmingham
Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Acocks Green Area of Birmingham to find an Assistant Principal to work on a Full Time Basis within this high achieving setting. This role will begin in September to cover a maternity leave.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to promote a positive and engaging setting for all pupils as well as support the Principal through each working day.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold the following:
- Outstanding leadership and management skills
- Inspiring confidence in staff and students so that they can succeed and achieve their personal best
- Substantial knowledge and understanding the strategies most likely to maximize the levels of educational achievements
- Awareness of recent curriculum developments and the monitoring and evaluation of learning, teaching and curriculum
- Able to manage staff effectively, and to lead and motivate others
- Experienced in a leadership role in an Educational Setting
Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working an Education Setting.
