Monarch are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Solihull Area to find a Year 2 Teacher to work Monday - Friday from September until January 2022, supporting children in a Year 2 Classroom through their Stages of development.
The ideal candidate for this Year 2 Teacher role will be able to work alongside the Year 2 Class to promote a positive and engaging setting for all pupils throughout the school day.
To be considered for this role, you must be confident / hold the following:
- It is essential that you hold QTS
- Must be experienced teaching Primary pupils in an educational environment
- Must be able to adopt different methods of teaching for the pupils through the planning and delivery of stimulating lesson plans
- Must have a strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Able to use their initiative to ensure you are on top of lesson plans and future learning
- You must be able to establish and maintain a safe environment for all pupils
- Able to set clear and appropriately high expectations and targets for all pupils in your care

Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Educational Setting.
