Monarch Education work with various schools who are seeking Supply Teachers for Short and long-term work leading to possibly permanent opportunities in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This is a great opportunity for a Primary Supply Teachers both experienced and NQTs to work within various schools who are looking for flexible and adaptable work according to your availability and preferences and work without the commitment of a full time role.
The ideal candidate should:
* Have QTS or qualify as an NQT
* Be able to engage children in lessons that are stimulating
* Have a positive impact on pupil progress and be effective at raising attainment
* Use positive and effective behaviour management strategies
* Have excellent subject knowledge
* Have a strong commitment to their own professional development
* Inspire and encourage pupils as individuals, enabling them to fulfil their potential
