Being a first-year university student and applying to the agency was extremely daunting. However, having Megan available for any questions made the experience much easier. Megan proved in depth knowledge of every aspect off the application. When I became stuck I was given precise instructions on what to do. Megan was willing to go out of her way to ensure I am in the best position possible and she motivates me to reach that level of professionalism. I am incredibly lucky to have Megan as an outlet to the agency and so will everyone who applies and has the opportunity to be in contact with her.

Joining Monarch was a brilliant decision. The staff are amazing, especially Rebecca, who I now deal with personally. Ever since I joined Monarch Education Manchester, Kim has made my experience as a supply teacher a great one.  Thank you for the consistent opportunity of work during the Covid-19 pandemic, since Kim returned from furlough. My experience with other agencies pales into insignificance compared with Monarch who go the extra mile and listen to my needs. Kim is very good at what she does, on the ball, proactive and helpful. We have been using Monarch as our sole agency supplier for over 10 years now... in all that time I think I can count on one hand the number of times Adam hasn’t been able to help us out with teacher cover. He is always there, whether we contact him at 6pm on a Sunday evening or 7am on a Friday morning – always comes back to us to let us know he’s had the text and then, normally 5 minutes later, with the name of a good quality teacher – I thoroughly recommend Adam and the Monarch team.

I have been with Monarch Education for over a year now and so far I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
From the moment I came into their office in Manchester to register, I was greeted by Rebecca who made me feel really welcomed and went through all the paperwork in a professional manner, along with asking me the types of roles and schools I'd be interested in working with.
Rebecca took all that information into consideration and since then has placed me in a lovely School where I do TA roles and cover supervisor roles as and when I'm needed.
